Social Networks
Workplace social networks shape how ideas emerge, travel, and get implemented inside organizations. My research examines how an employee’s position in these informal networks enables or constrains entrepreneurial behavior: from the creative advantages and hidden costs of brokerage to the way Corporate Entrepreneurship depends on the social context in which employees are embedded.
