We are excited to invite management scholars to participate in a Virtual Paper Development Workshop on Thursday, November 21, 2024. This workshop is specifically designed for researchers interested in submitting their work to the upcoming JBR special issue entitled “Must-have or nice-to-have? Using Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) to advance strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship research.”

Workshop Focus

The special issue “Must-have or nice-to-have? Using Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) to advance strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship research" aims to explore how Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) can enhance our understanding of strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Scholars are encouraged to submit research that applies or advances NCA in these fields, highlighting how this methodology can reveal “must-have” conditions in complex organizational phenomena.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for scholars in the field of management, strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship who are developing papers with a focus on NCA and consider submitting their papers to the special issue. The event will provide participants with valuable feedback and guidance to refine their manuscripts ahead of submission.
