Corporate Entrepreneurship
Corporate Entrepreneurship is the process by which established organizations search for new opportunities to create value. The success of corporate entrepreneurship depends on the extent to which employees behave entrepreneurially (bottom-up) and on the extent to which the organization’s strategy stimulates entrepreneurial behavior (top-down). My research focuses on the social side of corporate entrepreneurship. The extent to which employees behave entrepreneurially strongly depends on the structure of the informal network that surrounds them.
